About Signsprout
Signsprout is stories brought to life through sign. Every story is signed by a deaf storyteller in BSL. The name comes from the idea of young signing taking root, growing into stories a child can understand in the language that's theirs. Signsprout started with a simple idea, that deaf children deserve stories told directly to them, not translated as an afterthought. It began small, with just a few stories, and it's meant to keep growing from there.
